Classic, casual and girly

Hello stars!!!

Today I started on this "3 Ways to wear"-thing on my blog, and I think that I will continue with that because I am self looking for this "Ways to wear"-things. It always give me inspiration and It's many times very helpful, so why not do it self?
I mean, I have also ideas to outfits, so why not share them with you.

Well, now to the thing. We all have a white shirt, so why don't use it at new year's eve? I chose 3 different ways to wear the white shirt: Classic chic, Casual vintage and Girly glam.
So I hope that you like it, and share it with your friends (or something) to support my blog.

Classic chic: Wear the white shirt with some black pants and a black blazer, to create a simpel and classic look. Just add a dark lipstick, smoky eyes and straigth you hair, and you are ready for party.

Casual vintage: Wear the white shirt with a mini skirt and a long cardigan. It create a cozy but still pretty look. Finish it with some black loafers and neutral makeup.

Girly glam: Wear the white shirt with a pink mini skirt and a marled cardigan, to give it some glam I chose some glitter mid heels. This is my favorite look, and I would personally wear it with a nude pink lipstick and curly hair.

Xoxo and happy new year

2014, here we come!!!

The big galaxy...

Hello stars!!!

I bougth a navy blue (like the galaxy) puffer jacket yesterday, and I'm so happy for it (thumbs up for after christmas sales).
I know that many people think that puffer jackets are big and clumpy and that it's very easy to look like the Michelin man, but puffer jackets are actually very pretty (and super warm). The only thing you need to do is style them right, but it's not very hard to do.
There is only 3 things you actually need to think about when you are styling your puffer jacket.

 1)

To avoid looking like the Michelin man try not to wear to many layers. The puffer jacket is warm in themselves so you actually don't need to wear you biggest sweater with a sweater over the sweater.

2)

Puffer jackets can easy be big and boring if you just wear them with some skinny jeans (and I'm not saying that puffer jackets and skinny jeans are no go's). To give it a stylish tuch just add a colored scarf or a funny pair of boots.

3)
Don't wear a black puffer jacket with some black jeans, a black t-shirt, a black cardigan, black boots... you can easy look like a big black mass (I'm just saying, just add some color).

A beautiful toilet paper roll...

Hello stars,

This is a super easy DIY gift box for small gifts, like jewelry. It is a easy way to recycle your paper rolls, and don't use money on small boxes and other packet things.
You can also spray paint it to make it look fancier.

So now there is only 2 days to christmas!!!

XOXO
Alexa

Materials:

Toilet paper rolls (one per box)

Colored paper

Glue

Scissors
Pencil
Craft knife
1 Drinking glass

1. Flatten Your Toilet Paper Roll and place your drinking glass at one end of the toilet paper roll, and lightly trace around it with an craft knife to create a curve. Then flip the toilet paper roll over, and do it again on the other side.

2. Then fold in the Flaps.

3. Now you are done with the box, and you need to make the bow.

4. Draw the bow, and cut it out.
 5. Glue it.

6. And you are done.
