So it's now time for another "sound of sunday" post! Jubii! I'm in Cyprus (where my aunt live) now and it's is hot and I'm so lazy... even to lazy to write a blog post. Summer DIY: My own gold animal

When I was in Paris, I saw this super cool gold alligator and I just thought that it would look amazing in my room. I begged my mom but she refused and instead of saying "Of course Alexa, it is totally awesome" (okay, my mom would never use the word totally awesome), she said "I will never pay 35$ for a golden sprayed lizard".
Okay, I didn't get the gold alligator, but when I got home from Paris, I saw a green plastic alligator in our local thrift store. So I decided to personalize it a little and it turned out pretty good.

Materials: A plastic animal, golden paint or spray paint, a paint brush, glue and something to personalize your animal (for example a bow) 

1. Paint your animal and let it dry. 

2. Personalize it

Weekend style: back to pineapple

Hello stars

I've been away for a while (actually two weeks) and I feel a little like a bad blogger. But I was in Paris with my mom, I had some ballet performances and I was to a One Direction concert (OMG it was so amazing!), so I simply couldn't make it. I only have one week of school left, after that I will be flying to Cyprus to my aunt and cousin.

Back to the weekend style - this weekend I have another ballet show, after that I'm going to a sleepover party with my four friends. I decided to go with this season's darling - the pineapple. Pineapples are so cute, and they look so good as print on skirts, dresses or blouses. Beside of the pink pineapple skirt, I also found 3 different pineapple candles that definitely are going right on my "Things to buy"-list. I also found this super cute light pink bag from Accessorize and it is matching the skirt. Beside of the bag, I think that the skirt also will look good with the black crop top, sunglasses and sandals.

Make me over - DIY planner makeover

I can't believe it's June - that means I am going to Paris in a few days. Jubii

Today I will show you how to give your boring planner a mini makeover. It only takes about 5 minutes and you can easy do this every Sunday.

Step nr. 1

You can easy make a cute front page for your planner by using design paper.

Step nr. 2

You can highlight the dates to make your planner look more colorful.

Step nr. 3

Add some cute and colorful tape.

Step nr. 4

Add some cute stickers to mark special days or just to make your planner prettier.

Step nr. 5

Write, draw and add post its to add a personal touch to your planner.
